Career planning and development a key factor that provides added value to career sustainability. approaches have recently changed due the fast-paced global change, competitive industry needs, demands, education trends. Traditionally, it was responsibility of an institution guarantee its educators possessed skills necessary achieve long-term objectives. Currently, however, should be accountable for their growth. Therefore, survey conducted discover predictors paling TVET (n = 141). A multiple regression analysis all sets variables such as aspirations (88.48%), personal drive (85.93%), current competency (86.00%), learning opportunities (82.05%), company support 87.45%) is measured. This study found changes in predictor, drive, competency, opportunities, organization are significantly associated with aspiration. majority aware willing improve knowledge meet standard needs demands. The finding indicated proven technique meeting organizational personnel demands includes creating routes allow comprehend options advancement within collecting information assess abilities relevancy
